How we got started

In 2017, Kurtis Tompkins experienced a layoff for the last time. Drawing on his background leading teams, interviewing and hiring candidates for a Fortune 500 company, and managing career readiness programs through a government-sponsored initiative, he founded Jobready2dey and the rest is history.
